Every resident receives a customized rehabilitation plan developed by our clinical team upon admission. Using advanced therapy techniques and equipment, we focus on restoring independence while supporting a smooth and well-planned transition back home.
Physical & Occupational Therapy
Our physical and occupational therapists work together to improve mobility, strength, coordination, and daily self-care skills. Therapy programs support orthopedic, stroke, and cardiac recovery and may include ADL training, muscle re-education, wound care therapies, prosthetic training, and splinting.
Speech Therapy
Speech therapy helps residents strengthen communication, cognitive skills, and swallowing function. Services include cognitive assessment, language and aphasia treatment, and dysphagia management—supporting both recovery and quality of life.
