Transitional Care Services
A dedicated short-stay rehabilitation unit offers patients spacious and comfortably furnished private and semi-private rooms. Patients requiring short term rehabilitation as a bridge from the hospital to home will benefit from the services provided by our interdisciplinary team. We specialize in working with patients that are recovering from various medical conditions including surgery and orthopedic procedures, cardiac issues or events, respiratory illness, and neurological illness.
