Position Openings:
- Rehabilitation Services (PT, OT, PTA, OTA, SLP) – We are hiring fulltime, part-time and casual PT/PTAs, OTR/COTAs and SLPs for our in-house Rehabilitation Department. Therapists will be responsible for working with residents and the interdisciplinary teams on our 44-bed TCU and our long-term care units.
- PM Building Charge Clinical Supervisor (RN) – HIRING BONUS! – Provide clinical and personnel support. Strong clinical skills and supervisory experience required. 3-5 years management experience preferred. FT PM position + Oncall available.
- Staff Nurse (RN, LPN) – Provide clinical care and treatment to a caseload of LTC residents or TCU patients. Supervise staff and address customer service concerns during your shift. Ability to document condition and status required. EMR experience preferable.
- Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) – Provide assistance with activities of daily living for a caseload of LTC residents or TCU patients. Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to document completed cares required. EMR experience preferable.
- Director of Health Information Management – We are hiring a credentialed RHIT/RHIA leader to manage our HIM department. Requires knowledge of regulations, HIPAA, survey, accreditation and professional standards of practice. Understanding of payment systems (Medicare, MA), ICD-9-CM and legal issues pertaining to health information also important, as are computer and IS skills. Proven supervisory experience required. EMR implementation or project management experience a plus, as is LTC experience. Creativity and adaptability in dealing with challenges necessary.
- Therapeutic Recreation (TR) Coordinator – This position will provide therapeutic recreation services for our residents. Responsibilities include completing assessments, care plans, and other related documentation, attending IDT/care conferences, implementing small group and 1-1 programs to meet resident needs, and providing appropriate interventions and resources to enhance quality of life. Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask and work in a team environment is required to be successful. EMR and MDS experience necessary.
