Position Openings:
- Building Charge Clinical Supervisor (RN) –Provide clinical and personnel support. Strong clinical skills and supervisory experience required. 3-5 years management experience preferred. FT PM position + Oncall available.
- Staff Nurse (RN, LPN) – Provide clinical care and treatment to a caseload of LTC residents or TCU patients. Supervise staff and address customer service concerns during your shift. Ability to document condition and status required. EMR experience preferable.
- Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) – Provide assistance with activities of daily living for a caseload of LTC residents or TCU patients. Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to document completed cares required. EMR experience preferable.
- Clinical Unit Coordinator (RN) – Provide clinical and personnel support to 62-bed long-term care unit. Strong clinical skills and supervisory experience required. Wound nurse experience preferable. FT position available.
- Admissions Nurse (RN) – Provide clinical support to 20-bed transitional-care unit. Strong clinical skills and direct TCU experience processing admissions required, supervisory experience preferred. FT PM position available.
- PM or Night Building Charge Clinical Supervisor (RN) – Provide clinical and personnel support to 241-bed long-term, transitional and memory care facility. Strong clinical skills and supervisory experience required. 3-5 years management experience preferred.
- Therapeutic Recreation (TR) Coordinator – This position will provide therapeutic recreation services for our residents primarily on our Memory Care Unit. Responsibilities include completing assessments, care plans, and other related documentation, attending IDT/care conferences, implementing small group and 1-1 programs to meet resident needs, and providing appropriate interventions and resources to enhance quality of life. Spiritual care and/or volunteer coordination background is a plus. Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask and work in a team environment is required to be successful. EMR and MDS experience necessary. Hours for this position are 11 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
- PM Cook Supervisor – This position will supervise food production and set-up, service and clean-up, maintain sanitation and safety standards as well as supervise full complement of staff. Previous quantity cooking experience required, healthcare experience preferred. Must possess effective communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as lead a team.
- Receptionist – We are currently hiring for a weekend and fill-in receptionist. Experience in healthcare, switchboard and customer service necessary.
